Join Our Team – Game Day Signals Coordinator (Sports Technology)
Location: Elkton, VA – On-site | Part-Time (Up to 30 hrs/week, M–F) | Potential to go Full-Time

Blackhawk Enterprise Incorporated is searching for an energetic, dependable, and motivated Game Day Signals Coordinator to join our new Elkton, VA office. Our flagship product, Game Day Signals, is already making waves across the country, helping NCAA, high school, and travel baseball and softball teams communicate more effectively and win more games.

What You’ll Do
- Manage incoming shipments, warranty returns, and inventory restocks.
- Program and configure Game Day Signals devices for customer use.
- Resolve team name conflicts and maintain accurate records.
- Process and fulfill customer orders in Shopify.
- Create and print shipping labels; prepare daily FedEx pickups.
- Send tracking information and order updates to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Provide product information and assist with troubleshooting.
- Monitor and manage inventory; assist with quarterly audits.
- Order office, shipping, and inventory supplies when needed.
- Assist with warranty claims, incomplete orders, and monthly expense reports.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse work.
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar order management systems is a plus.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Friendly, professional, and solutions-oriented with customers.
- Willingness to guide and assist other team members.
- Able to lift and move packages up to 25 lbs.
