This page explains how to delete a Game Day Signals App / team portal account (coach or staff login). It is separate from returning hardware products or closing a Shopify store purchase history.

Delete in the App (recommended)

1. Open the Game Day Signals app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings (or Account).
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. You will be signed out when deletion completes.

This starts deletion of your account and associated personal data that we are not legally required to keep. See our Privacy Policy.

Request deletion on the web

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@gamedaysignals.com with:

• Subject: Account deletion request
• The email address on your Game Day Signals account
• Your name

We will verify the request and process deletion. Typical turnaround is within 30 days (often sooner), except where law requires longer retention of specific records.

What gets deleted vs kept

Generally deleted: your login/account profile and personal data tied to that account in our App systems.

May be retained: order, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, and other records we must or may keep under law; and team/organization content that belongs to your program (not solely to you). Backup copies may persist until routine backup cycles complete.
