The T200 pairs with XR15 Player Units only. It cannot be used alongside T100 Coach Units or with XR5 Player Units.
Update Your Player Units.
XR15 units already in the field need a software update before they will work with a T200. It is the same update process you already use, run from your team page. New orders of T200 coach units and XR15 player units ship with the latest software installed.

Questions From Coaches.
Do I need to replace my XR15 player units?+
No. XR15 Player Units work with the T200 — they only need a device software update, run from your team page. Nothing needs to be sent back or replaced.
Can I use a T200 and a T100 on the same team?+
No. The T200 cannot be used in conjunction with T100 Coach Units. The T100 is still available if you need a matching second coach unit for an existing setup.
How do I update my XR15 software?+
Through your team page, the same way you have handled software updates before. The update is only required for XR15 units already in the field. New T200 and XR15 orders arrive with the latest software installed.
Is the mobile app required to use the T200?+
No. The T200 sends signals on its own with no phone, Wi-Fi, or cellular connection. The app adds enhanced features on top of it.
When does the mobile app launch?+
It is scheduled for release in November 2026. The enhanced features it unlocks on the T200 will be detailed as the launch gets closer.
I have a T100 setup — how do I upgrade?+
Order a T200 and update the XR15 player units you already own. If your team is still on XR5 player units, get in touch and we will walk through the right upgrade path for your program.
